Arrival Goa 03 Nights
Goa stands out in India for its Portuguese colonial architecture and heritage. Goa owns an uninterrupted string of golden-sand beaches overlooking the Arabian Sea. The best bit, you can choose a beach as per your activity of preference and terrains they offer such as Anjuna known for its hippy lifestyle, Baga known best for chic beach café bars, Calangute for adventure activities, and many others. But Goa is much more than just beaches and parties. There’s a reason why Portuguese were so excited and invaded Goa in 1510. Resulting in a kaleidoscopic blend of Indian and Portuguese cultures, sweetened with sun, sea, sand, seafood and spirituality, and there’s nowhere in India quite like it. The scents and spices offer a unique flavor to Goan cuisine that will tantalize the modern traveller. With its infusions of Wine, Vinegar and Garlic, the Indo-Portuguese influence is a treat for the tastebuds. We suggest some must try local specialty dishes Goan Fish Curry, Bhali-Pau (bread roll dipped in curry), or a Piquant Vindaloo amongst others.

Old Goa, also called Velha Goa, is beside the Mandovi River in the western Indian state of Goa. The former capital of Portuguese India, it’s known for colonial-era monuments like the Basilica of Bom Jesus, with the remains of St. Francis Xavier, and the domed Church of St. Cajetan, inspired by St. Peter’s in Rome. Nearby, the vast Se Cathedral, built in the 16th–17th centuries, has ornate chapels and a bell tower
Later drive to Goa’s Capital City – Panjim also known as Panaji, and one of the India’s smallest state capitals located on the south bank of the wide Mandovi River. Here we visit the Old Latin Quarters locally called Fontain has and explore by walk its Indo-European charm evident in its well preserved Portuguese Heritage consisting of narrow winding streets, traditonal houses with over hanging balconies, red-tiled roofs and numerous small bars to chic cafes.
We continue walking to witness vibrant street-life of Goa greeted with colonial architecture all around and complimented with vibrant Handicrafts, Fish Markets to Spice Bazaars. Next we visit Old Secretariat Building, statue of renowned Hypnotist Abbe Faria, and the 15th century Summer Palace of Sultan Yusuf Adil Shah. Enjoy a photo stop outside famous Bollywood film spot of Goa Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception.

Use of Kokum Spice offers a distinct flavor to Goan meals especially incomplete without Fish.
