Truly Impressed by the Luxury Train experience rendered aboard Deccan Odyssey starting with the organisation of the luggage into our individual carriages along with concise information inside the rooms with daily detailed briefing, both written and provided orally. Musical greeting at each station were pure theatre and my favourite excursion was the village visit in Ranthambhore followed by the safari in Zone 6 where some of us were blessed to see a female leopard and cub. Kudos to incredible quality and diversity of food served besides the pampering experience by their Spa team who provided me with a head massage to relax the stresses of the day away. Had the pleasure of taking Golden triangle tour & our guide was Shiraz, unfortunately on the second full day after visiting the Taj Mahal I had a seizure or fit of some sort of while returning to hotel. Shiraz was on scene to take charge and make sure I made it safely back to the hotel. He quickly arranged medical assistance from Dr. Jaggi who attended at the hotel. I recovered (mostly) and Shiraz was very attentive for rest of the tour making sure that I was ok. We were able to complete the tour without further incident.
