Validity

Your acceptance of a quotation or your booking request does not guarantee actual availability of the requested flights, tours, accommodation or services until such time as you receive a written confirmation from US as your Tour Planner.

Confirmation Of Services

Itineraries & Packages promoted are valid for the period enumerated in our website. Programmed prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of proposal submission and are subject to change thereafter without advance notice until all services have been paid in full. 

While Adventure World have exercised reasonable care and skill to ensure that the contents of these itineraries are correct, accurate and up-to-date at the time of feature.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be submitted via email and will be processed based on the date the email is received. While verbal cancellations are appreciated, they will not be considered as final notice.

  • Cancellations made 46 days before arrival will have nil cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 45-30 days before arrival will be subject to 25% of the total cost. 
  • Cancellations made within 29 – 21 days of arrival will be subject to 75% of the total cost. 
  • Cancellations below 20 days before arrival will be subject to 100% of total cost .

Payment Policy

Payments can be accepted either via Credit cards or bank Wire Transfers.  Online credit card transactions will incur an additional 3.5% bank transaction fee. 

Amendments /pre & Post Tour Arrangements

If you wish to book any pre/post tour arrangements or alter any arrangements, you must notify us in writing.  We will endeavor to make the amendments you require but due to the additional administrative costs, a nominal amendment fee might be levied.

Cancellation And Refunds

Cancellation of bookings may incur charges depending on actual penalty fee levied by suppliers which will be notified at the time of cancellation.  Amount of each supplier’s cancellation fees or penalties is beyond our control and payment is solely your responsibility.  To the extent permitted by law, no refund is available for cancellations after the holiday package has commenced or in respect of any tours, accommodation, meals or any other services not utilized but shall endeavor to seek refund request on your behalf by approaching the suppliers. Where land arrangement & air tickets are purchased from Adventure World, cancellation fees will be applied by the suppliers & airlines and those refunds, if any, will not be made until the suppliers/airline has refunded Adventure World.

Prices, Taxes And Currency Fluctuations

Adventure World guarantees the price of your arrangements once you have paid us in full. Prices in these packages are based on costs and exchange rates as on 28 February 2025 & should these change it may be necessary to reprice your holiday package.  Please check with your tour organizers before placing your reservation to ascertain if there have been any pricing changes. Taxes or levies imposed by government bodies or their agencies are beyond our control.  Prices shown are for payment by telegraphic transfer, cash or bankers draft (fees apply). Prices offered in this website for payment are in US Dollars.

Packages mentioned in the website are computed on current Exchange rate @ 1 USD = INR 86.

Final payment will be accepted on the day of transaction as per exchange rate policy of Reserve bank of India, as per link https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/referenceratearchive.aspx

Not Included In Tour Cost

International travel, visas, insurance, excess checked in baggage over 15 kg (domestic air travel) extra meals, laundry, drinks, souvenirs, items of a personal nature. Any pre-paid airfare taxes and surcharges are clearly identified if not included in the tour cost. Or any other item not mentioned in the inclusion item of package.

Holiday Variation

If unforeseen circumstances beyond our control require us to make necessary changes to your holiday we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule arrival/ departure and itineraries. When it is necessary to change a hotel the company reserves the right to substitute accommodation of at least a similar standard.

Consumer Claims

Should you encounter any problems on your holiday it is always better to try and solve it directly with the supplier. If it is not possible to do so and you wish to lodge a complaint please do so in writing within 30 days of completing of your tour arrangements.

All accommodation utilized in this website provides room with ensuite facilities unless otherwise stated.

Insurance

It is the sole responsibility of the travelers who should be adequately insured before the start of the tour by themselves for the full duration of their travel arrangements in respect of illness, injury, death, loss of baggage, personal items, any amendment/cancellation and curtailment etc.

Travel Advise

While Adventure World ensures to render full support along with 24 x7 assistance & logistical support to all our valued patrons / guests but there may be certain unforeseen incidents like accident / injury / safety conditions or other issues like natural calamity, political actions, unrest , strike , riots that may arise at any destination which are beyond our purview / control. Any Additional expenses for above mentioned unseen & unstoppable circumstances including evacuation due to health issues, guest will have to be bear themselves or their insurance company.

Passports, Visas & Health

It is your responsibility to have a valid passport and any visas, re-entry permits and/or health regulations which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities.

Privacy Policy

To process your bookings we will have to collect personal information from you.  This information may be used to provide in order to process your booking with railways, hotels etc. which can be notified to us by phone or letter to our contact details or email bajaj@adventureworldindia.com

Responsibility

There is no contract between the company and the client until the company has provided a written confirmation to the tour organizers and the appropriate deposit has been received. Adventure World accepts bookings subject to the following conditions:

  1.  Adventure World acts as a Co-ordinator for making all travel related services including domestic air, train tickets, transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations.
  2.  Adventure World only acts as an agent for the owners, contractors and suppliers of transportation and/or other related travel services provided and assume no responsibility for the loss or damage to property or for injury, illness or death or for any damages or claims however so caused arising directly or indirectly from accidents, loss or damage to person or property, delays, transport failure, strikes, wars, uprisings of acts of God over which we have no control.
  3.  Adventure World does not assume responsibility for seat assignments, name changes, schedule of flight changes, cancellations, claims for reimbursements of airlines ticket fees or any other loss or expense incurred to you for any reason whatsoever when purchasing or using airline services.
  4.  While the company will use its best endeavor to operate all tours as advertised, reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made without notice where deemed necessary or advisable by the company.
  5.  The information content in this itinerary is correct to the best of the Company’s knowledge at the time of print. The Company however accepts no liability for innocent inaccuracies contained herein.
  6.  Employees of overseas agents are not authorized to make undertakings to our clients in respect of refunds or other matters, unless authorized by Adventure World.
