Each member of your party is responsible for ensuring you each have full passport with the correct validity for your chosen destination. Most countries require a passport that is valid for at least six months from the date you depart from that country.

When booking your flight we require your name exactly as per passport, any errors or changes once your flights are booked may incur fees.

If you are getting married prior to your holiday please do ensure you book your flight in the name as per your valid passport.  For more information regarding passport renewals or changing your name due to marriage please refer to your relevant countries’ passport agency for full details.  Any name changes could incur fees once your flights are booked.

In addition, you should also ensure that you each have the required visas to enter or transit through the countries on your booking. For some holidays such as cruises or some Airlines or Wildlife Safaris, the final balance is due earlier than 45 days.  Details of any such requirements will be provided at the time you book your holiday.
