If you have already booked and would like assistance with any of the below information, then please inform us by email for following preferences.

Dietary needs

If you have any specific dietary needs, please mention while making your booking and we will ensure we pass them onto the airlines and hotels on your behalf. All special requests are subject to availability but we cannot guarantee that your request will be accommodated.

Should you have dietary requirements due to a medical issue, it is essential you tell us as soon as possible so that we can liaise on your behalf with the hotels who are generally very helpful in this regard however, once again they will generally not guarantee your requests. It would be advisable that you make airline staff and hotel staff aware as soon as possible on the spot or at the time of check in and take your usual precautions on a day-to-day basis.

Flight requests

Whether it be pre booking your seats, a meal request or maybe your travelling with an infant. Make sure you mention your requirements while making your booking or if you have already booked, contact us anytime to discuss.

Medical or other assistance

If you have specific needs due to a medical condition such as wheelchair bound or differently abled, we will do utmost within our framework and capability to ensure every element of the holiday you choose, meets your requirements. Please give us as much information as you can when making the booking as this will be a key consideration when recommending destinations and hotels.

In Person:

If you booked with one of our Travel Experts in our Head office or any of our associate offices in India, you can carry your passport while making payment of your Tour services in cash or by card as per your convenience. On credit card payments 3.5% bank fee is levied extra.

Room requests

If it’s a high floor you are looking for or a specific part of the just let us know your requirements and we will pass them onto the hotel on your behalf. Specific views and/or room types often come with a supplement which can be discussed with you while making your booking. Hotels will rarely confirm a request in advance of your arrival

Special occasion

Many hotels offer special added extras if you’re honeymooning and these will be highlighted to you when making your booking. Maybe it’s a big wedding anniversary or a big birthday. Let us know what you are celebrating, and we will make sure to pass the details onto the hotel to make your moment memorable & special.
