The deposit for your holiday is 25% of total holiday cost. Any additional deposit might be necessary for few packages such as cruises or for some airlines or wildlife safaris etc ; details of any additional deposit requirements will be provided at the time of booking of your tour package.
The balance payment for your tour package will be due 45 days before your travel. Your services confirmation from our office will specify the amount as well as exactly what date your remaining balance payment is due which will be stated at the bottom line of the total holiday price.
For some holidays such as cruises or some Airlines or Wildlife Safaris, the final balance is due earlier than 45 days. Details of any such requirements will be provided at the time you book your holiday.
We accept various methods of payment for both your deposit and final holiday balance for your convenience. The ways that you can make a payment are set out below. Where applicable, please ensure you always check the bank details you are making payments to.
If you wish to pay by online payments mode then kindly go through our link at home page mentioning Online Payment / Payment gateway. On credit card payments 3.5% bank fee is levied extra.
If you booked with one of our Travel Experts in our Head office or any of our associate offices in India, you can carry your passport while making payment of your Tour services in cash or by card as per your convenience. On credit card payments 3.5% bank fee is levied extra.
If you wish to pay through bank wire transfer / bank remittance from your home country, then you can visit our homepage in payments column and select offline payment link to get our bank details. Bank might levy you a nominal fee as their service charge.
