You will receive your proforma invoice within 7 days of making your booking. Please check the details carefully, including the spelling of names, travel dates and the amount invoiced. If you have not received your invoice in this time, please contact us and we will arrange for a new copy to be sent to you.
We welcome our valued guests by presenting a kit of travel documents containing vouchers, Itinerary, relevant tickets etc along with pre-departure guidelines booklet which is hand delivered by our customer services team member while welcoming the valued guests during meet / greet with a lovely silk scarf, on first arrival & explanation of tour Itinerary is also done at the same time.
If you have booked transfers to/from your chosen accommodation or tour details of where to locate these on arrival can be found in your Travel Documents.
Return transfer details will be advised 24 hours before travel along with details of vehicle and driver which may be left with your hotel reception or advised by our support team which is available at your service 24 x 7.
