Cancellation Policy :

• FULL REFUND will be given for Flights Cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions

Passenger FITNESS : Basis Level of General Health & Physical well – being which includes

• No Recent Surgery
• No Known significant Hip , Knee, Neck or Back problems
• No Recently Fractured bones
• Not Currently Pregnant
• Ability to stand atleast 1 hour without rest
• Must be atleast 5 years of Age
• Not under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs at the time of Flight

Passenger Liability Insurance :

• Every Passenger is completely insured as per International Aviation Standards
• A copy of Insurance Policy can be provided on request

The Sky Waltz Balloon Safari Experience:

• • Pre flight activity: A short safety briefing will be given by the pilot along with Tea/Coffee and light refreshments to be served at the launch site.

  • Duration of flight: Approximately 50 minutes (+/- 15 minutes) of flight time.

  • Post flight activity: Guests are free to stay for as long as they prefer after the Balloon has landed, in which they have the option to interact with local villagers and watch the Balloon being deflated.

  • Pick up and drop: All guests will be picked up from and dropped to their accommodation. If desired, guests have the option to be dropped back after their Balloon Safari to any tourist location within the city limits. This is a standard inclusion in the package and is not negotiable.

  • F&B services: A choice of hot and cold beverages along with cookies will be served at the launch site prior to the flight. Customized breakfast packages and other F&B services can be requested at an additional cost.

  • Onboard services: Packaged drinking water will be provided on board.

  • Insurance Policy: All Sky Waltz flights are comprehensively insured as per existent international Hot Air Ballooning norms. A copy of the Insurance Policy can be provide on request and should be kept confidential.
